Tip of the week: 360 degrees of evaluation
A 360-degree evaluation is an effective way to evaluate your staff and residents accurately. Your institution has the freedom to create and distribute any number of evaluations you see fit. In conducting these reviews, you can document the progression of each resident, as well as the organization, faculty, and patients in satisfaction. The following procedure is how this well-rounded evaluation might operate:
